Power Plate has been recognised with the Plus X Innovation Award for Technology, Sports and Lifestyle for its my7 model vibration platform.

The global accolade honours brands for their leading edge in quality and innovation, impressing judges with outstanding quality, innovative design, ease of use and excellent functionality.

The judging panel called out Power Plate for its advanced technology, versatile training options and user-friendly design, commenting: “the Power Plate my7 sets new standards in the field of fitness equipment and offers a comprehensive solution for effective training.”

The Power Plate my7 is the brand's premium home-use product – featuring an easy-to-use integrated LCD touchscreen offering more than 1,000 different video workouts, guiding users through every stage of their Power Plate workout.

Known for its unique ability to stimulate natural reflexes, increase muscle activation and improve circulation, vibration training has been linked to a wide range of fitness, health and wellness benefits including improved strength, flexibility, mobility, core stability, balance, increased bone density, recovery and pain relief to name a few.

The judging process
The Plus X Award seal of approval is awarded by an independent and specialised jury made up of editors, designers and industry experts who come together several times a year to vote on the best products and technologies in a broad array of industries and product categories.

Each product is examined in detail and tested for its suitability for one or more of the seven Plus X Award seals, including Innovation, High Quality, Design, Functionality, Ease of Use, Ecology and Ergonomics.
