With just weeks to go, Elevate is gearing up to be the largest and most impactful edition of the UK’s leading trade show for physical activity, health, fitness and leisure professionals. Taking place on 18–19 June 2025 at Excel London, this year's event is already breaking records and promises more innovation, insight and inspiration than ever before.

Now spanning 8,000 sqm, a 20% increase in exhibition space from 2024, Elevate 2025 will host over 200 brands, including 48 never-before-exhibited companies, providing attendees with a fresh look at the future of the sector. With representation from major players, and a wide mix of new and established suppliers, this is a must-attend event for anyone invested in the growth and success of physical activity in the UK.

This year’s programme is packed with engaging content delivered across four Elevate theatres, led by over 200 expert speakers. Key sessions include the return of the much-anticipated Debate Theatre, sponsored by SpeedFlex, which opens with a dynamic session on data, creatively illustrated live, a topical discussion on embracing AI in the fitness industry, a talk exploring GLP-1 mediations and a high-profile CEO debate with Neil Randall from Urban Gym, Paul Ferris from Speedflex, Sophie Lawler from Total Fitness Evgenia Koroleva from ONE LDN and Lawrence Everest from Love Recruitment.

Across the rest of the education programme, the Generate Theatre, sponsored by Hire BOB focuses on the business of physical activity, exploring innovation, investment and commercial success. The Accelerate Theatre is dedicated to the wellbeing and performance of already-active populations and the Collaborate Theatre brings together thought leaders across health, sport and community sectors.

Add to this, five dedicated partner education offerings - Active Kids, Active Aquatics have a Strategic and Operation Theatre, the Technogym Education Theatre plus the Third Space Academy and it becomes clear that Elevate provides the perfect blend of education, innovation and connection.

Lucy Findlay-Beale, Event Director, said: “Elevate continues to grow in scale and ambition. This year we’ve brought in more new brands, more unmissable content and we’re committed to ensuring there’s value for everyone, from CEOs and club owners to personal trainers and coaches. We’re particularly excited about the return of FitPro LIVE, which will deliver a vibrant programme for the fitness professionals of our sector. There’s never been a better time to attend Elevate.”

The re-imagined FitPro LIVE zone, a paid-for event running alongside Elevate, is set to be a major draw. Designed, specifically for group exercise instructors, personal trainers and coaches, it will offer tailored workshops, seminars and interactive sessions delivered by respected names from across the industry, ensuring practical takeaways and career-boosting insights.

A new, dedicated Elevate 2025 app, powered by myFitApp, will soon be available to help attendees plan their visit and maximise every moment.
Elevate is free to attend, with a nominal fee for suppliers, and takes place across two days, 18-19 June 2025, at the Excel in London.
