PSLT Fitness Solutions first sent a consultant to visit St Albans School to talk through the rental plan, helping the school find the best equipment to rent and advise them on a layout plan. Once this was confirmed, a CAD Drawing was sent out to the school with the final look of the gym space with the gym equipment. St Albans School then entered into the rental contract. PSLT Fitness Solution sent their inhouse logistics team who seamlessly installed the kit selected.
‘We recently had a full gym installation by PSLT, including cardio, machine weight and free weight equipment. The equipment is of a high quality. From the design to installation the process was smooth and quick. We now have a fantastic facility and all at a very competitive price. We cannot thank PSLT enough for making the process hassle free and easy. Since installation customer service has been first class and nothing is too much trouble’ Rhys Barber from St Albans School, Pontypool.
We launched a Customer Service Portal at the beginning of 2025, ensuring that all service can be managed in house.
We work across Europe and beyond, searching for quality partners to represent the brand worldwide..
Our aim is efficiency and a client experience that we can be proud of, we intend to expand our service department taking on newly trained engineers new vehicles and new asset based systems.

PSLT launching 2026 brand campaign
Bringing service excellence to life through its people
PSLT is putting its people firmly in the spotlight with the launch of a year-long brand campaign designed to showcase the true driving force behind its service excellence.
Titled “It’s All About Our People”, the initiative marks a bold step forward in how PSLT communicates its purpose, values, and impact, moving beyond services and systems to highlight the individuals who deliver them every single day.
At the heart of the campaign sits one powerful message:
PSLT doesn’t just provide services, it powers experiences through people.
Bringing the brand to life
The 12-month delivery plan will use dynamic video storytelling to visually and emotionally express PSLT’s commitment to reliability, partnership, and operational excellence.
Through authentic, real-world content, PSLT will open its doors to customers, partners, and stakeholders, offering an inside look at the people who ensure facilities, services, and communities keep moving.
The campaign’s primary tagline, #WeKeepYourMembersMoving, reflects PSLT’s mission to support organisations seamlessly behind the scenes while enabling exceptional member experiences on the front line.
Stuart Martin, Commercial Director commented “Our success has always been built on the dedication, expertise and passion of our people. ‘It’s All About Our People’ is more than a campaign, it’s a reflection of who we are as an organisation. Every day, our teams work behind the scenes to ensure our customers can deliver exceptional experiences to their customers. This campaign allows us to celebrate those individuals, demonstrate the value they create, and reinforce the trust our partners place in PSLT. When our people succeed, our customers succeed, and together, we keep members moving.”
A year of storytelling through service
Across 2026, PSLT’s campaign will unfold through four distinct themes, each revealing a different dimension of service delivery.
- Meet the People
The campaign begins by introducing the faces behind PSLT. Employees from across the organisation will share their stories, roles, and motivations, humanising the brand and building emotional connection with audiences.
- In Action
Attention turns to service excellence in real time. Viewers will see PSLT teams working alongside customers, demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and partnership where it matters most.
- Behind the Scenes
This phase lifts the curtain on operations, systems, and problem-solving expertise. From logistics to technical delivery, PSLT will showcase the precision and collaboration required to keep services running smoothly.
- Voices of Impact
The year concludes with powerful testimonials from customers and leadership, highlighting measurable impact, trusted relationships, and PSLT’s long-term commitment to excellence.
Together, the campaign journey moves from people → performance → process → impact, reinforcing PSLT’s belief that outstanding service begins and ends with its workforce.
Building trust through authenticity
In an increasingly digital world, PSLT recognises that trust is built through transparency and genuine storytelling. By prioritising real employees, real environments, and real outcomes, the campaign aims to strengthen credibility while deepening engagement across clients, partners, and communities.
Every video, image, and story shared throughout 2026 will celebrate the collective effort behind dependable service delivery, proving that operational excellence is powered by people.
Service in action, every day
As PSLT moves into 2026, the message is clear: success isn’t defined solely by what is delivered, but by who delivers it.
Through It’s All About Our People, PSLT invites audiences to experience the passion, expertise, and dedication that ensures members, facilities, and organisations continue to thrive.
Because at PSLT, #WeKeepYourMembersMoving.

Places Leisure partners with PSLT to deliver community-focused equipment re-use project
Places Leisure has successfully partnered with PSLT to complete a complex equipment extraction and re-purposing project for Blackwater Leisure Centre, supporting both an ongoing site redevelopment and a local school through the re-use of leisure equipment.
The project involved the careful extraction of fitness kit from Blackwater Leisure Centre and the coordinated transfer to a local school, bringing together three key parties, Places Leisure, PSLT, and the education provider, to ensure the work was completed efficiently, safely, and within a live operating environment.
Despite redevelopment works taking place simultaneously, the operation was delivered smoothly on the day, with PSLT overseeing the logistics, removal, and transfer of equipment with minimal disruption to the leisure centre’s ongoing activities.
Paul Lennon, General Manager at Places Leisure, commented: “While this was part of a wider company initiative, I can speak very confidently about my local experience with PSLT. The team were superb and highly professional from start to finish. Coordinating the extraction of equipment, working alongside redevelopment works, and ensuring the successful re-purposing to a local school was no small task — yet the job was completed swiftly and to an excellent standard.”
The project not only supported the site’s redevelopment programme, but also delivered tangible community benefit by enabling usable equipment to be re-purposed within a local educational setting.
Reflecting on the overall experience, Paul added: “The customer service and professionalism from PSLT was excellent throughout. Their work has helped us to support one of our local schools, providing students with gym kit to help develop their education and access to physical activity. ”
Stuart Martin, Commercial Director for PSLT said: “The team worked efficiently to deliver this project within a 24 hour period. Demonstrating excellence in all aspects of the business deliverables. As always, we are incredibly proud of all the team who were involved and thank Places Leisure for including us within this project”.
