Magic Tan launched two new booths and a revolutionary new airbrushing system at the Las Vegas Tanning Expo recently.

The MT200 is a hand-held tanning system mounted on a mobile cart. It features Dual Solution and Quick Change Solution reservoirs, interchangeable spray nozzle tips, adjustable tanning coverage – light, medium and heavy – from the sprayer and an LCD user screen for checking usage of the solution and session time.

A choice of upgrades is available on the company’s new budget machine, the MT2000, allowing salon owners to choose exactly what they want from a booth rather than paying for facilities they don’t need.

It is a basic model, with black box wash down/session counter, one level of tanning, 27 spray heads and a Solution starter kit. Standard colours are blue, burgundy and black, although special colours are available at £500 extra.

Upgrades include a T-max timer with three levels of tanning; an MP3 player with voice prompts, music or customised advertising; and LCD diagnostics.

At the top of the range is the MT3500, which features all the upgrades available for the MT2000; dual solution capability; a solution starter kit and 27 spray heads. Standard and special colours are as for the MT2000.

Both the MT2000 and the MT3500 come with a 12 month labour warranty, the former having a two year warranty on parts and the latter, three years.
