Wellness Warrior looking to boost membership
Non-profit Wellness Warrior – an education and advocacy website with a mission to inspire, protect and support human health and wellbeing – is hoping to expand its membership base, and has launched a contest to support the membership drive.
The contest features 11 wellness prizes from some of its wellness industry supporters, including Universal Companies, ESPA Skincare, Aromaflage, OM4 Men, ilike Organic Skin Care, Balanced Guru, Beauty Heroes, Card On Guard, 21 Drops, Yuzen and Health Warrior.
“I’m 93 and I’ve spent 75 years of my life urging people to ‘Choose health!’” said Deborah Szekely, founder of Wellness Warrior. “Wellness Warrior is a soapbox for all of us. If we, who are most aware of health and fitness issues in America, don’t speak up, who will?”
The contest has a unique points-tally system that rewards referring friends, and can be accessed via Facebook, Twitter or on wellnesswarrior.org.
Wellness Warrior is a non-profit online education and advocacy website directed at all major national health issues that threaten the health and wellbeing of large sectors of the American population. It deals with areas of chronic diseases, untested chemicals and sustainable food systems.
The organisation also publishes a weekly newsletter called The Well, which focuses on prevention and protection first.
