Bromsgrove skate park to undergo revamp

A skate park in Charford, Worcestershire, is to undergo a refurbishment after the proposals were given the green light by Bromsgrove District Council (BDC).

Nearly £12,000 has been secured through Section 106 contributions to help fund the work, which is due to be carried out at Charford Recreation Ground by April 2011. The size and quality of the skate park is now set to be improved following inspections of the site and consultation with local young people.
