ISPAL is currently in the process of compiling a Learning and Development Programme for Spring 2008.

We are committed to providing high quality learning and development opportunities to all members across the UK and across the leisure sector.

Last summer ISPAL advertised for training partners to help us deliver to our members. We are now seeking to increase the range of these partnerships.

Last time we advertised we had a huge response from sport and from Sports Development in particular.

We really want to offer a broad and balanced programme, so if you have a course or training opportunity to offer, or think that you might work with us to devise one – then get in touch!

The focus of our education and training is on the development of identified professional competencies at Levels 3 and 4 of all of the National Occupational Standards within the ISPAL footprint - and on ensuring that new initiatives are understood and responded to.
