The ETOA Hoteliers workshop takes place in London on Friday 27 February.

One of the purposes of ETOA is to reduce the cost of purchase for tour operators and the cost of sales for hotels. The buyers at their workshops sit at tables, hoteliers move between them according to pre-set appointments. This workshop is designed to save both time and money facilitating communication between hotels and operators to see how more demand can be generated.

The Hoteliers European Marketplace (HEM) will take place on Friday 27 February at the Hilton Metropole on Edgeware Road. It is timed to occur just after Confex and just before Travel Trade Britain and ITB. The purpose of this meeting is to secure business for 2010 and to find ways of selling the remainder of 2009. This rate includes a list of pre-arranged appointments, the delegate fees, food, drink and VAT. Further concessions on reduced train transfers from airports and low cost accommodation are available.
