Virgin Active is set to expand its offering of BOSU group exercise classes this April, following the success of sessions at 12 of its clubs which already feature the equipment.

The BOSU Balance Trainer – which is used by the English and Scottish Institutes of Sport – is designed to incorporate balance with conditioning, strength and endurance exercises.
