Ghost tours at the Lady Vic
Friday 19 October sees the return of Aggie McGhee to the Scottish Mining Museum, a Victorian coal sorter who will lead visitors on a ghost tour of the Lady Victoria Colliery.
Find out about the spectres and shadows that haunt the mine – the stories of the spirits that refuse to move on into the afterlife. Hear the chilling tale of the headless miner, Joke Kane and listen out for Dode Donnelly’s squeals of terror coming from the deepest shaft to be sunk in Scotland!
A fantastic evening of chills and thrills – not to be missed! Tickets can be purchased direct from the Museum reception or by telephoning +44 (0)131 663 7519.
(Tours last approximately 1hour and 15 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of refreshments and ghost stories in the Old Power House.)
