The Goodwood Hotel and Health Club luxury spa and hotel in West Sussex, England, has announced an upgrade of its gym facilities to include the latest Precor equipment.

The club has a membership capacity of 2,000 people and is also used by hotel residents.

The facilities include the Waterbeach Treatment rooms - offering both traditional and holistic treatments, a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool spa and a 1,725sq ft (160sq m) gym - now fitted with the new Precor equipment.

Also on offer are two PGA championship golf courses, which can be incorporated with gym membership.

Goodwood operations manager, Kathryn Gard, said: "From a management perspective we can now track where our members go, once they have logged in at reception. Preva Personal Accounts provides useful data, which will shape the future of the club and aid retention on the way.
