Budget health club operator Gym4all is to open a new 15,000sq ft (1,394sq m) facility at Bradford's Leisure Exchange development in West Yorkshire.

Property agent Christie + Co was appointed by Gala Coral Group to secure the letting of the unit to Gym4all, which was represented in the deal by Savills. The Bradford club will become Gym4all's fourth club, having secured sites in Basildon, Essex; Croydon, South London; and Nottingham.

Due to open this month, the health club will feature more than 170 cv stations, resistance equipment and free weights. Jon Patrick, head of leisure at Christie + Co, said: "The budget gym sector remains firmly in growth mode and we have handled a number of instructions on behalf of leisure clients looking to reposition space within their portfolios."

Open seven days a week, the Bradford Gym4all will offer initial joining fees of £9.99.
