Hotel Excellence Award winners revealed
Reservations portal HRS.com has announced the winners of the third annual HRS.com Hotel Excellence Awards in association with the British Hospitality Association (BHA) and the Best Practice Forum.
The awards were created in 2008 to showcase best practice in the UK hotel industry and to recognise outstanding achievement.
The awards are divided into nine categories and each category into two sub-categories determined by size (small and large operators).
This year’s winners included the Broad House Hotel in Norwich (small) and The Thistle in Middlesbrough (large), which were handed the awards for excellent customer service.
The gongs for the best family friendly hotels were given to The Fox and Hounds Country House Hotel in Devon (small) and the Vale Hotel Golf and Spa Resort in Cardiff (large).
