Marpo Kinetics launches Vector
A new cross-trainer has been launched by Marpo Kinetics.
Called Vector, the rope trainer has been designed for either group or individual strength and cardio programmes and is portable and easy to use.
It provides a fast, effective upper-body workout and is an alternative cardio training option for those with lower-body injuries.
The equipment also features a patented, isokinetic braking system, which can be adapted to each individual user. The trainer's electronic display can track distance, time, speed and calories used while the rope is soft to the touch and has been specially designed for prolonged use.
A spokesperson for Marpo said: "Our rope trainers help gym operators attract and retain members, with fun and versatile workouts. They help trainers diversify routines to continue to engage and motivate their clients."
Marpo Kinetics design and manufacture rope trainers for commercial use. The Vector joins a range of other versatile machines that simulate both rope-climbing and rope-pulling workouts.
