The 197-room property will include a rooftop pool, in addition to The Ritz-Carlton Spa and Fitness Centre, which will boast Mediterranean views and outdoor relaxation terraces.
Other facilities includes 4,500sq ft (418sq m) of meeting space, outdoor relaxation terraces and a kosher restaurant.
