ODA forms committee to examine whether 2012 projects are on track

A special committee has reportedly been established to examine whether the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) is sufficiently prepared for the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics.

The board of the ODA – which is responsible for building the venues and establishing the infrastructure – has asked four people to join the committee.

According to The Times, the four are understood to be Sir Peter Mason, former chief executive of Amec; Sir Roy McNulty, chair of the Civil Aviation Authority; Christopher Garnett, former chief executive of GNER; and Lorraine Baldry, chair of the London Thames Gateway Development Corporation.
