Global sustainability thought leader Simon Robinson to speak at Green Spa Network Congress
Sustainability leader Simon Robinson will address the industry at this year’s 8th annual Green Spa Network Congress at Tenaya Lodge in Yosemite National Park, California, set to take place from 26-30 September 2015.
Robinson is the founder of Holonomics Education. He and his wife, Maria Moraes Robinson, co-authored the book Holonomics: Business Where People and Planet Matter, and have been supporting groups across the globe to catalyse positive change towards a sustainable future.
“What I am really looking forward to is the fact that this congress brings together so many people from absolutely every part of the spa industry,” said Robinson. “There are some really exciting ways in which we spas can evolve, and which I have been discussing with the network already, but of course these seeds will grow and flourish once we start to go deep into the envisioning process with each and every participant.”
Robinson has recently spoken at engagements including TEDx; Sustainable Brands, London and San Diego; the GSM World Congress; Cannes; Nokia World Congress; and the Mobile Internet & Strategy Execution Summit.
The theme for this year’s Green Spa Network Congress is “Moving Mountains: The Power of Change.”
Congress attendees will include day, resort and destination spa operators, product companies, as well as ‘greening’ and wellness experts.
Green Spa Network also recently announced a new membership structure and announced an initiative to share its resources with members to 'green' the industry.
