Nutrition company, the Weight Management Centre, has developed a Sports Nutrition course which provides instructors with the skills they need to be able to advise athletes on how to enhance performance through improved nutrition.

The course, which involves a one-day workshop followed by a short case study, has been awarded 16 REPs Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits.

Alan Jackson, of the Weight Management Centre, said: “This course gives instructors the knowledge and practical skills they need to be able to provide invaluable support to sports teams or individuals. It is a skill that all serious fitness professionals should possess."
