Subsidised fitness in January with ACL
Anyone from age eight upwards can try out a subsidised activity at Brandon or Mildenhall Leisure Centres this winter.
Young people can enjoy squash, spinning or dodgeball for £1 per session, anyone over 16 can have a go at ballroom dancing and over 19s can try yoga.
The activities are part-funded by Sport Unlimited, the Active Wellbeing Project, and Forest Heath District Council and supported by Anglia Community Leisure (ACL), Suffolk Sport and the Schools Sports Partnership.
The first course starts on 6 January.
Andy Killin, leisure facilities Manager for ACL, said: "These courses are a real team effort and we are grateful to our partners for helping us host them.
"All the sessions are excellent value to encourage more people to try out different activities and find a class that's perfect for them."
