Scottish hotel group, Apex Hotels, will launch its first London property in November when the £20m Apex City of London will open to the public.

The 130-room four-star site will boast two restaurants, a cocktail lounge bar and a health and fitness club with saunas, steamrooms and spa treatment rooms. It is the hotel group’s fifth property in the UK.
