Minor’s first Anantara-branded residences to include access to Master of Wellness
Minor International has launched its first Anantara-branded residential villas, The Residences by Anantara Phuket Layan. The development features 15 luxury villas designed by Jaya Ibrahim, the late owner of Jaya International Design.
Residents will have access to the amenities and services at the adjacent Anantara Phuket Layan Resort & Spa, which includes a seven-treatment room Anantara Spa that uses Elemis and OPI products.
Alternatively, residents can also enjoy in-home spa treatments, as well as private sessions with a Master of Wellness, who will aim to help them relax and regain their balance.
Ibrahim’s designs feature a modern interpretation of classical Asian design that draws upon the local culture and natural environment of the Andaman Coast.
Villas range in size from three to seven bedrooms, each with a 21m (69ft) infinity pool and 180-degree views of the Andaman Sea. The expansive villas are between 1,695 to 3,920sq m (18,000 to 42,000sq ft), and residents can also have in-villa dining prepared by Chef Umberto Piccolini.
The Residences by Anantara Phuket Layan are developed by HHR Limited, a subsidiary of Minor International.
