On-demand fitness streaming platform iFit has introduced a new programme of interactive body and mind workouts, designed to "expand the definition" of exercise.

Launching in conjunction with National Mental Health Awareness Month, iFIT Mind offers a diverse range of workouts covering all aspects of wellness – from meditation and breathwork to visualisation and interactive virtual personal training.

To provide a personalised experience, the workout regimes are curated for each individual user and focus on the "three Ms" – mindfulness, meditation, and movement.

iFit Mind has been made available exclusively on Freemotion cardio equipment used by commercial fitness facilities. iFit is the sister brand to Freemotion – both companies are owned by Icon Fitness.
