Technogym announces expert webinar series to advise operators on reopening strategies
Technogym is launching a webinar series, Technogym Talks: The Expert’s Perspective, to assist operators in the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
The series has been designed to provide insights, information and practical advice on reopening once lockdown restrictions have been lifted.
According to a statement by the company: “Now, more than ever, Technogym is committed to sharing knowledge on wellness and health. This is why we’ve organised a series of webinars on topics relating to fitness, sport and health, run by experts and professionals in each sector.”
The first episode – called The Captive Economy – Maximising the new consumer landscape post-lockdown – will launch on Monday 4 May at 2pm (GMT) and see consumer culture and behaviour specialist Ken Hughes explore the key pillars of consumer habits and directly relate these to the fitness industry, giving practical advice.
With 18 years’ experience as CEO of a consumer insight agency, Hughes blends his understanding of consumer and cyber-psychology, digital anthropology, behavioural economics and retail futurology to explore the needs of the new consumer and predict the changes to come.
Hughes presented at the Technogym Forum in 2019 and has previously advised global brands such as Unilever, 3M, IKEA, Coca-Cola, AXA and Heineken on customer experience, omnichannel strategy and customer loyalty.
