The Master Innholders has announced details of its 15th Annual Hotel General Managers’ Conference, which is to be held on 21-22 January, 2008 at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower hotel in London.

This year’s conference has adopted the theme ‘Shaping our Future’ and will focus on the key challenges likely to face the industry over the next five years.

Featuring 10 presentations by lively speakers, many from other complimenting industries, they aim to offer solutions, inspiration and ideas on leadership and management issues within hospitality.

The sessions have been designed for managers of varying levels across the full spectrum of the industry including smaller owner managed properties in the country right the way through to large five star hotels in cities.
