Vickers joins UK Sport board

Jonathan Vickers has been appointed as a board member of UK Sport.
Vickers has served as a non-executive director on the boards of a range of public sector organisations and is currently a board member of The Children’s Workforce Development Council, NHS South West and The Fire Service College.
Vickers’ appointment follows the departure of Nick Bitel, who stepped down after serving two terms, having joined the UK Sport board in 2002.
