The time has come again to have your say about the fitness industry through the Working in Fitness survey.

Taking place throughout June and July, the third annual survey is being conducted online by SkillsActive and the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs), in partnership with Leisure-net Solutions, the Fitness Industry Association and FitPro.

As the largest annual survey of people working in the health and fitness sector – over 1,200 employees responded last year, and it is hoped that figure will double this year – it provides a valuable snapshot of the industry, including a comparison of salaries, job satisfaction and spending on training and development.

The survey is completely confidential. The results will be analysed by the SkillsActive research unit and published in November.
