Central YMCA has launched a consumer-market fitness DVD – devised and presented entirely by a team of YMCA and guest exercise professionals.

Called The Y Plan: Body Confidence the home-workout DVD is based on short daily work-outs.

The DVD also features members of the public participating in YMCA fitness classes, engaged in the exercise routines that are designed to be both accessible and highly effective.

Denise Page, YMCAfit Director, said: "The team behind the DVD are highly experienced. They stand out knowing their business.”

The Y Plan name was established by YMCA as the brand of a VHS-based fitness series in the 1990s.
