Chris Hughton, Birmingham City's new manager and ex Spurs player/coach, has commended Mark Harrod Ltd for its innovative Easy Lift wheel.

Hughton explained that whilst at Tottenham he would regularly have to move the goals himself for training purposes and how difficult it could be when the ground was wet or rough.

He discussed with Mark the benefits of having a wheel that lifted the whole goal clear of the ground and how much easier it made life on the training ground.

Hughton was on hand at this year's Grassroots Football Show to share his wealth of experience with coaches and players of all ages. He ran several excellent technical sessions and took part in a revealing question and answer session with Robbie Savage.
