Creating the optimum training environment with life:lab
Former international athlete and semi-professional rugby player, Adam Daniel, and partner, professional footballer, Frank Raymond have opened life:lab in Chislehurst, Kent.
The 3,000 sq ft gym, converted from a former rugby club, features two training rooms; the body:lab for small group Tribe Team Training (TribeFit, TribeLife and HiiT), and the energy:lab, used for personal training sessions.
The gym features three Queenax functional training stations, including a corner unit in the energy:lab and two bespoke One units, sited down opposite walls of the small group training body:lab room and used for Tribe Team Training and life:lab HiiT sessions. The units are augmented with storage and additional training accessories.
Adam Daniel explains: “The Lab was created because we genuinely want to provide people with a training experience that brings fitness to life, which is member focussed and service driven. We believe we have created the optimum training environment utilising cutting edge technology to monitor and manage health.
“For us Queenax is a functional storage solution that adds value to life:lab and creates a visual statement. The stations we have support both training rooms and provide storage for accessories, yet also give us the flexibility to utilise kit such as TRX and Rip, while providing that “wow’ factor when potential members walk through the door!”
