Ipswich Sports Club in Suffolk has installed a range of new cardiovascular fitness kit from Pulse Fitness.

The company's Fusion cv line was selected from tough competition and chosen for their environmentally efficient integrated TV solution and iPod connectivity.

Andy York, general manager at the club, said: "We needed an equipment supplier that was one step ahead, recognising the importance of the member experience for motivation.

"Pulse equipment allows for integration with members' personal music devices and/or TV channels available within the fitness suite, plus the added benefit of a split screen so members can view workout results and watch television simultaneously."

The new equipment - costing more than £45,000 - was installed in May 2011.
