While upper body training is vital, canoeing and kayaking are total body sports, requiring a combination of strength and flexibility, and the gym offers a combination of selectorised strength machines and free weight products.

The kit provides range of motion adjustments, helping to address muscle imbalances - which can be common in paddle sports - and reduce the risk of injury.
